Quality Issues:

KuKirin may provide:

  • Free return shipping
  • Replacement
  • Refund

Non-Quality Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A return fee of:

€200 per electric scooter

may apply.

Before Shipment:

Full refund available.

After Shipment:

A cancellation fee may apply.

Lost Package:

Refund or replacement will be provided after verification.

7. Battery Returns

Battery returns have special requirements.

  • Return fee: €100 per battery
  • Only unused batteries are accepted
